Do you ship worldwide?
For Custom Pet Portraits, yes we do! However some products like pet supplies are only available in the USA right now.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days. All orders are shipped fully tracked. We work with trusted global suppliers to ship from the factory closest to you.
Do you offer returns/refunds?
As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.
If your item arrives damaged however we will of course reprint and send a replacement item.
Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!

What are the shipping costs?
We offer Free Shipping.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay and more.
Can I have multiple pets in my portrait?
Yes! All you need to do is upload a photo that includes multiple pets, and then click the "Generate Preview" button.
Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
Not at all. As long as your pet is in natural light, is not blurry, and the photo is taken on a modern smartphone, it will be perfect!
Do you do human portraits?
We don't do human portraits, but we've launched the owner and pet series. Simply upload a photo of you and your pet, and you can generate a highly artistic portrait of you and your pet.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order in 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.

Do you do custom designs?
If your have an idea for a new design you would like to see on our site, please get in touch and we will add it to our list of ideas.
We review all ideas sent to us however we cannot guarantee your design will be included on our site however.
How is my portrait made?
Materials wise, we use only the highest quality canvas, paper, frame, and inks to produce our portraits which is why they look so sharp and vibrant.
Can I upload any animals?
Sure, we love all animals and can create a custom portrait for just about any species.
