Their social media is usually the richest source — cat people post more than they realise. Any clear, front-facing shot works, even an ordinary one. If you can't find anything, order first and send the photo when you have it.
Every photo I have of my cat is blurry or mid-leap. Can you still work with one?
Usually, yes. We need the face reasonably clear, but lighting, background and awkward angles don't matter — your photo is turned into artwork in our style, not printed as-is. If you're unsure, send it over and we'll tell you first.
